Trine won the 400 medley and the 100 butterfly in Authonomics Championships.

On 7 th march in the Monte Tossal swimpool in Alicante, were the Valencia´s Authonomics 2nd session championships and Trine swam the 400 medley and the 100 butterfly.

Trine got a good time in 400 medley, 5 minuts 45 seconds, and won the female category. In the other swimming test, Trine swam the 100 butterfly, winning also, and getting a good time too; 1 minut and 14 seconds.

In this championship Trine recived the gold medal for the 2009 authonomic circuit were won the five of the six swimming tests that she swam.

5 medals in Spanish swimming championship in Castellon

 

 

 

Trine won 5 medals, 3 silver and 2 bronce medals, in the 15th Spanishswimming championship edition in Catellón, between the days 28th and31st january.

Trine swam 8 trials and obtaining medals in; 200 breaststroke getting a time of 2 minuts and 56 seconds where she became 3rd., bronce medal.

• 100 butterfly getting a time of 1 minut and 11 seconds.. 2nd place and silver medal.
• 50 buterfly, getting a time of 31.4 seconds, best personal time in her life! she got 2nd place and silver.
• 200 medley, 2nd place here as well and silver. Her time was 2 minuts and 38 seconds.
• 4x50 relay medley where Trine was 3th with the team composed also bySara, Adolfo and Mateo. She swam freestyle, obtaining a time of 28seconds and 32 desimals. Great time

Trine won the XVII Christmas open water competition in Alicante

On sunday 20th december, was the 17th Chistmas open water competition edition in Alicante, in freezing day, about 4 degree at 9 o'clock, and with a water temperature near 12 - 13 degrees.

The distance that the swimmers had to swim was inicialy 2000 meters, but was 1300 in the end. At 11.30 was the started for the 140 swimmers.

Trine finally was the 1st female and the 7th in general classification, and got another trophy and a big "cesta de Navidad".

Trine got anothers two trophys in a mountain race.

On sunday 8th december was a mountain race with near 12 km. distance in Albatera (Alicante). In a very beautifull day, sunny and 15 degrees, the race started at 10:30 am, in the Albatera main square, overing on the Cabezo Negro mountain.

Trine had a good race and got the 6th place in the end running a very good level getting finished the distance in 1 hour and 4 minuts, better than the last year.

With the Mandarache team Trine got also the first place in the team clasification, winning a new trophy but to share with her team partners.

1 hour and 43 minuts in the Benidorm's half marathon.

The sunday 29th november was the Benidorm International half marathon with  3000 people approximalety.

Trine ran the 3th half marathon in her life and got a fantasic time: 1 hour and 43 minuts, being the 41ª in the general female clasiffication.

The competition started at 10:30 am with nice weather to ran but not to have a sunbath because the day was  cloudy and cold; about 12º.

3th senior in Cartagena´s cross.

Trine won another trophy on sunday 22th november in Cartagena. She became the 3rd in her category senior in a 5 km race. She also got the1st place with the team she ran; Mandarache Cartagena.

The race was three rounds, one small round of 1 km, and two rounds of2 km, in total 5km. The race was a cross inside the Santa Ana's parkin Cartagena by a circuit well marked.

Trina started quite fast and was running first the 1st round, but atlast she paid the initial effort and she finished in the 3rd position.She was running faster now than before, showing that her level is improving.

Trine got the 3th place in the 10 miles of Alfaz del Pí (Alicante)

Trine got to run 10 miles in 1 hour and 18 seconds in the 10 miles race of Alfaz del Pí, being the 5th woman in the finish line and 3th in her category, in a very beautiful race. The run had like principal atracctive that goes near the Albir beach and by all the coast until the Albir's lighthouse, and go up and go down all the time.

The run was well knowm by Trine because is the place where she is usually training, so she had a lot of motivation for running this race, and also because the run pass very close where she works in Albir. Trine is getting better every week running faster than the last year.
