I won the Open Water Competition in El Campello (Alicante)

Only three days after I won the Gold medal in Budapest, I swam in Alicante. 1'5 km in the sea and I got to win!!!

I won the GOLD medal in the Acuatlon WORLD Championships!!!

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!

The acuathlon this time was changed to 1000m swimming and 2,5km running because of VERY cold water: 14 C! Freezing! But with a wetsuit it was ok. And the SUN actually came to greet us just at the starting line:-D.

The race: I got a very good start: went first the first half of the race in the water, then a german woman passed me. I followed and got 2nd out of the water. Out of breath and in a hurry, I had to tear off the wetsuit, put on my shoes and start running. The cold air was easy to breathe and gave me new energy so I made to pass the german by 1km. I was running first a few minutes and that felt GREAT:-) But then 2 girls from Australia and Brazil came very fast and took the lead. I was already gasping for air so I could not go any faster, and the 4th girl was coming very close... But the goal was close and I made it till the end!

FIRST in my category (30 - 34years) in the WORLD!!!

And my boyfriend, Mateo Pesquer, also won the gold medal in his category (35-39years). So today we are celebrating 2 VICTORIES in the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN ACUATHLON, BUDAPEST 2010!!!

3th in the Garrucha's Acuatlón (Almeria)

Very hard race in Garrucha, running quite fast 2'5 km. above the sun, swimming 1km and running another time 2'5 km.... Trina got the 3th position in this competition which was Andalucia's championship also, so there were very good triatlethes.

Trina won in open water competition in La Marina

Another victory in Alicante in the Marina's beach. The open water competition started in the Pinet beach and finished in La Marina's beach swimming near 2'2 km.

Trine was second in Portman cross in senior category.

5'2 km in a 30º at 8 pm... Quite warm but Trine was the 4th in general position and 2nd in senior category, getting a new tropry...

2nd trophy in the seem weekend, this time in El perello (Valencia)

Trine won next day Gadalest in EL perelló (Valencia) getting a new trophy in a 3000 open water competition in the sea. She needed 41 minuts to swim near 3 km.

Trine won a new open water competition in Guadalest

Trine got a new trophy winning in Gadalest in a 2'5 km.open water competition. Trine needed 34 minuts to swim the distance.
