Only three days after I won the Gold medal in Budapest, I swam in Alicante. 1'5 km in the sea and I got to win!!!

The acuathlon this time was changed to 1000m swimming and 2,5km running because of VERY cold water: 14 C! Freezing! But with a wetsuit it was ok. And the SUN actually came to greet us just at the starting line:-D.

The race: I got a very good start: went first the first half of the race in the water, then a german woman passed me. I followed and got 2nd out of the water. Out of breath and in a hurry, I had to tear off the wetsuit, put on my shoes and start running. The cold air was easy to breathe and gave me new energy so I made to pass the german by 1km. I was running first a few minutes and that felt GREAT:-) But then 2 girls from Australia and Brazil came very fast and took the lead. I was already gasping for air so I could not go any faster, and the 4th girl was coming very close... But the goal was close and I made it till the end!

And my boyfriend, Mateo Pesquer, also won the gold medal in his category (35-39years). So today we are celebrating 2 VICTORIES in the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN ACUATHLON, BUDAPEST 2010!!!

Very hard race in Garrucha, running quite fast 2'5 km. above the sun, swimming 1km and running another time 2'5 km.... Trina got the 3th position in this competition which was Andalucia's championship also, so there were very good triatlethes.

Another victory in Alicante in the Marina's beach. The open water competition started in the Pinet beach and finished in La Marina's beach swimming near 2'2 km.

Trine ran a cross country half maraton in Norway, where her parens live in Kristiansand. Trine got a very good time 2 hours 23 minuts. Her brother Orjan ran also getting a time of 2 hours and 19 minuts.

Trine swam the open water Spanish championship in Barcelona, in the Olimpic padling Channel in Casteldefels. She swam 3000 meters in 41 minuts.

Next day the first open water competition in Valencia, Trine went to run a race in Alicante. This was the climbing to Santa Barbara Castle in Alicante. This race was only 2'8 km. distance, but the race go up all the time.

The race started at 11 o´clock in the morning with near 1800 runners in a narrow street in front of the council place.

Trine got a new trophy 'cause she was the 2nd in senior category and 5th in general clasification.

Trine won Playa de Pinedo open water competition

On 5th juny at 11 o'clock in the morning, was the Playa de Pinedo (Valencia) open water competition with 1'8 km. distance along the beach.

Near five hundred swimmers swam this race 'cause this is very popular in Valencia and 'cause this was the first open water competition of the year.

Trine got a very good clasification winning in her cathegory and being 2nd in the general, finishing the race in a very good time of 23 minuts, the best 15th time of all.

Trine won the gold medal at Acuatlón Spanish Championships

Last 29th May at Aguilas (Murcia), were the 12th Acuatlon Spanish Championships edition, 2'5 running, 1km. swimming and 2'5 km. running.

Trine was the Spanish Champion in GE 30 - 34 and in the race she ran. She started slowly and went into the water in 24th position, but swimming she got the best time and started 3th the last part running, but soon she got to be the first, running in the head.

She got a very good time, 38 minuts and the gold medal in 2010 edition.

4º position in 10 km race in Alpera

On saturday 24th April was the Otilio Delicado race in Alpera (Albacete).

There I was the 4th in my category and the 7th in the general clasification. It was a very hard race because it was a warm day and before I was swimming in Los Arenales del Sol for half hour.

But I ran fast and feel well running with a lot of people in the race, near 700 atlethes. I got a lot of presents from the race: a bottle of wine, a bag, tshirt...

On sunday 11th April I won my first race in La Nucia (Alicante)J

It was the 8th edition of the San Vicente race.

The race was 9 km long. All was by small paths in the mountain and in the woods. It was like running in NorwayJ J J

We started at 10.30 in La Nucia, ran up hills and down steep paths, sweating in the warm april sun (16 degrees).

45 min 30 sec later I arrived at the goal!!! This was in a small chapel (Ermita de San Vicente).

I am very happy with this race. I won my category, and was 4th in general.

And I improved my time from last year with 3 minutesJ

Running today I felt very good. Easy on the foot and with lots of energy!!! But when I fininshed the race I was so dizzy from the sun that I had to lay down and recover. Although I haven´t been training much running this winter, I have done a lot of sports; skiing, swimming, kayaking, cycling, walking in the mountains and yoga.

Trine won the 400 medley and the 100 butterfly in Authonomics Championships.

On 7 th march in the Monte Tossal swimpool in Alicante, were the Valencia´s Authonomics 2nd session championships and Trine swam the 400 medley and the 100 butterfly.

Trine got a good time in 400 medley, 5 minuts 45 seconds, and won the female category. In the other swimming test, Trine swam the 100 butterfly, winning also, and getting a good time too; 1 minut and 14 seconds.

In this championship Trine recived the gold medal for the 2009 authonomic circuit were won the five of the six swimming tests that she swam.

5 medals in Spanish swimming championship in Castellon

Trine won 5 medals, 3 silver and 2 bronce medals, in the 15th Spanishswimming championship edition in Catellón, between the days 28th and31st january.

Trine swam 8 trials and obtaining medals in; 200 breaststroke getting a time of 2 minuts and 56 seconds where she became 3rd., bronce medal.

100 butterfly getting a time of 1 minut and 11 seconds.. 2nd place and silver medal.
50 buterfly, getting a time of 31.4 seconds, best personal time in her life! she got 2nd place and silver.
200 medley, 2nd place here as well and silver. Her time was 2 minuts and 38 seconds.
4x50 relay medley where Trine was 3th with the team composed also bySara, Adolfo and Mateo. She swam freestyle, obtaining a time of 28seconds and 32 desimals. Great time

Trine won the XVII Christmas open water competition in Alicante

On sunday 20th december, was the 17th Chistmas open water competition edition in Alicante, in freezing day, about 4 degree at 9 o'clock, and with a water temperature near 12 - 13 degrees.

The distance that the swimmers had to swim was inicialy 2000 meters, but was 1300 in the end. At 11.30 was the started for the 140 swimmers.

Trine finally was the 1st female and the 7th in general classification, and got another trophy and a big "cesta de Navidad".

Trine got anothers two trophys in a mountain race.

On sunday 8th december was a mountain race with near 12 km. distance in Albatera (Alicante). In a very beautifull day, sunny and 15 degrees, the race started at 10:30 am, in the Albatera main square, overing on the Cabezo Negro mountain.

Trine had a good race and got the 6th place in the end running a very good level getting finished the distance in 1 hour and 4 minuts, better than the last year.

With the Mandarache team Trine got also the first place in the team clasification, winning a new trophy but to share with her team partners.

1 hour and 43 minuts in the Benidorm's half marathon.

The sunday 29th november was the Benidorm International half marathon with 3000 people approximalety.

Trine ran the 3th half marathon in her life and got a fantasic time: 1 hour and 43 minuts, being the 41ª in the general female clasiffication.

The competition started at 10:30 am with nice weather to ran but not to have a sunbath because the day was cloudy and cold; about 12º.

Trine won another trophy on sunday 22th november in Cartagena. She became the 3rd in her category senior in a 5 km race. She also got the1st place with the team she ran; Mandarache Cartagena.

The race was three rounds, one small round of 1 km, and two rounds of2 km, in total 5km. The race was a cross inside the Santa Ana's parkin Cartagena by a circuit well marked.

Trina started quite fast and was running first the 1st round, but atlast she paid the initial effort and she finished in the 3rd position.She was running faster now than before, showing that her level is improving.

Trine got the 3th place in the 10 miles of Alfaz del Pí (Alicante)

Trine got to run 10 miles in 1 hour and 18 seconds in the 10 miles race of Alfaz del Pí, being the 5th woman in the finish line and 3th in her category, in a very beautiful race. The run had like principal atracctive that goes near the Albir beach and by all the coast until the Albir's lighthouse, and go up and go down all the time.

The run was well knowm by Trine because is the place where she is usually training, so she had a lot of motivation for running this race, and also because the run pass very close where she works in Albir. Trine is getting better every week running faster than the last year.

Trine was 2nd in a mountain race in Orihuela

Trine got a new trophy in a running race, climbing a mountain, in Orihuela (Alicante).

The race start at 10 o'clock with near 300 runners.

She got to run 4 km. in 32 minuts climbing near 500 meter respect sea level, in a race very hard with a strong ascent.

She was 3th place in the female general and 2nd in her category.

Trine was 5th senior en the Hoya Gonzalo running race.

Finished the open water competitions, Trina started with the runing races and got to finish in 5th place in a race in a town in Albacete, on sunday 11, running a distance of 10 km., 2 rounds of 5 km. by the Hoya Gonzalo's town and arounds, inclosing a ascent with a distance of 2 km. more or less, for two times obviosly.

Trina got a time of 49 minuts and 9 seconds in to run the 10 km., 5 minuts/km., and got the position 305 in the general classification and the 5th place in senior female, very close to the podium, in the firt race she run after three months.

Medalla de bronce en el Cto. de Europa en la prueba de aguas abiertas

Trine logró subir al podium al lograr la medalla de bronce en la prueba de aguas abiertas. Gracias a un buen final logró la 3ª posición quedando la 4ª a tan solo 5 segundos de la noruega. Trine logró un tiempo de 39 minutos y 10 segundos.
Primera medalla para Trine y primera medalla para el C. N. Benidorm en un Cto de Europa en categoría femenina, logrando Mateo Pesquer, del mismo club, la primara medalla, de plata, en categoría masculina en la misma prueba.

8ª en los 400 libres con un tiempo de 4 minutos 55 segundos

Trine logró el 2º diploma europeo en la prueba de los 400 libre al clasificarse en 8ª posición un una gran marca: 4 minutos 55 segundos.

Buen resultado ya que el nivel fue muy alto, al igual que el número de participantes en esta prueba, lo que muestra el gran nivel de Trine de cara a la última prueba individual; los 5 km. en aguas abiertas que finalmente se quedarán en 3 Km. debido a problemas con a Aurotriada Portuaria para llevar a cabo el recorrdio inicial.

10ª en los 200 libre en el Europeo de Cádiz

Trine logró el 10º puesto en la prueba de los 200 libres, el miércoles día 16 de septiembre el los campeonatos de Europa de Cádiz, con un tiempo de 2 minutos 22 segundos, donde acuso el esfuerzo realizado en los 800 el día anterior.

Trine logró el pasado martes día 15 de septiembre el 5º puesto en la prueba de los 800 libres, con un fabuloso tiempo de 10 minutos y 14 segundos, lo que le valió para ganar su serie. A 4 segundos quedó el 4º puesto y no mucho más lejos las medallas, pero el tiempo realizado por Trine es sensacional ya que unicamente ha podido entrenar 2 semanas, 5 sesiones y alguna travesía antes del Europeo.

Trine volvió a vencer, esta vez en Valencia en el Perelló, mostrando cada vez más nivel, en la última prueba antes de los europeos de Cadiz. Trine se impuso con claridad completando la distancia de 2500 metros en 41 minutos, en una mar nuevamente plagado de medusas que dejaron algún recuerdo a la nadadora noruega.

Trine se clasificó en 4º posición dentro de su categoría absoluta en la travesía de L'Ampolla de unos 3500 metros de distancia, que consistía en volver a la playa tras ser trasportados los nadadores mar adentro en la zona de la desembocadura del Ebro.

Trine se enfrentó a nadadoras catalanas que compiten en campeonatos absolutos de natación y mostro un gran nivel al ser capaz de lograr un 4º puesto en la categoría y un 6º puesto en la clasificación general femenina.

Trine logró imponerse en la travesia solidaria playa del Albir, en un recorrido de unos 2500 metros por la playa de la mencionada localidad. Además logro tambien la victoria dentro de su categoría, logrando un muy buen tiempo.

Tras un mes de vacaciones en Noruega, Trine mostró un muy buen estado de foram logrando la victoria femenina absoluta en la travesía a nado playa de Cullera, disputada el 1 de agosto.

Trine realizó el pasado sabado en Guadalest una gran carrera al ser la campeona femenina de la prueba y 7ª de la clasificación general a un minuto y medio del vencedor de la prueba. Trine logró más de 2 minutos sobre la 2ª clasificada y casi 3 sobre la 3ª, cubriendo los 2 km. y algo más en 35 minutos 54 segundos.

Participaron mas de 200 nadadores que hicieron que la salida fuera algo dificil, pero Trine, bien situada, pronto se puso delante y nadó muy rápido en un segudo grupo en cabeza de carrera.

Primera victoria de la temporada y pronto vendrán mas!!!

Trine campeona de España de Acuatlón en Gijón.

Trine ha logrado el pasado domingo día 21 de junio el título de Campeona de España de Acuatlón en la localidad asturiana de Gijón, logrando un tiempo de 36 minutos 29 segundos, más de 3 minutos mejor que la segunda clasificada.

La prueba que consistía en 2'5 km. de carrera, 1000 metros a nado y finalmente otros 2'5 km. a pie, tuvo como protagonista la baja temperatura del agua, 17 grados, que hizo que algun participante se pusiera el traje de neopreno.

Trine entró al agua muy retrasada tras la carrera a pie, pero nadando remontó posiciones rápidamente logrando una amplia ventaja que le permitió afrontar los últimos 2'5 km. de carrera comodamente, aunque al final tuvo que esprintar para no ser alcanzada, logrando asi una contundente victoria en su primera competición nacional de la especialidad.

Gracias a este buen resultado Trine se planteará ahora participar en el mundial de acuatlon de San Diego, EEUU.

Trine logró ser 1ª en 800 y 400 libres y 2ª en 200 en los autonómicos de Benidorm

Despues del la travesía de Pinedo...a la piscina. Autonómicos de Benidorm el domingo día 14. Primero se nadaron los 200 libres donde Trine, que hizo una marca de 2 minutos 24 segundos, acusó el esfurzo del día anterior y fue segunda a décimas de la ganadora de esta prueba, la albaceteña Soraya Pérez del C. T. Albacete.

Posteriormente disputó el 800 libres, tan solo 10 minutos después donde logró vencer con autoridad con un tiempo de 10 minutos 50 segundos, pese a la fatiga acumulada.

Lo mejor vino por la tarde, donde brilló en los 400 libres, disputando la prueba a una nadadora alemana del club Universidad Politecnica de Valencia y logrando una fenomenal marca de 5 minutos y 10 segundos, a escasos 3 segundos de su mejor marca este año y dos segundo mejor que la alemana.

Finalmente en los relevos, Trine logro un crono de 30 segundos 84 decimas en los 50 metros libres en el relevo de 4 x 50 libres mixto, además de participar tambien en los 50 mariposa del 4x50 estilos mixto, buen papel final en ambos relevos que además ganó.

Campeona master 1 y subcampeona de la 3ª travesía Playa de Pinedo (Valencia)

Trine volvió a destacar en las playas de la Comunidad Valenciana, concretamente en el corazón de la región, en Valencia, al protagonizar un final muy emocionante, logrando ser 2ª a un solo segundo de la vencedora y logrando la primera victoria del año en su respectiva, categoría master 1, cubriendo los 1500 metros de que constaba la prueba en 20 minutos 15 segundos.

La nadadora del C. N. Benidorm comenzó imponiendo un ritmo muy fuerte, doblando la primera boya en 1ª posición. A partir de ahi, se unieron a ella 2 nadadoras valencianas más con las que se disputó la victoria final en un duro sprint en la que finalmente fue 2ª pese a sufrir una caida en la misa línea de meta.

Campeona regional de acuatlón y 2ª absoluta en San Pedro del Pinatar

Se disputó en la playa de la Mota de Lopagán en San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia), la 6ª edición del acuatlón de San Pedro, que a su vez fue campeonato regional de la especialidad, que reunió a más de 140 triatletas de diversas categorías.

En éste Trine logró llevarse el campeonato regional, siendo ademas 2ª de la clasificación general por detrás de la alicantina Fátima Maestre. En la carrera a pie la vencedora comenzó imponiendo un fuerte ritmo que no logró descolgar a Trine. Al llegar al agua Trine logró adelantar a la alicantina, marcando un gran parcial y finalmente en la carrera a pie, Fátima volvió a pasar a Trine que fue segunda y campeona regional de la Comunidad Murciana de Triatlón en su primera participación en esta disciplina de triatlón.

La próxima cita será en el Campeonato de España de acuatlon que se disputará en Gijón el día 21 de junio.

Medio maraton de Almansa...1 hora 45 minutos

El sabado día 23 Trine corrió la media maraton de Almansa...mucha gente. Bajó la marca que tenia en la Media de Cartagena de 1 hora 46, pese a ser una media muy lenta debido a los muchos giros que había, incluso de 180 grados.

La segunda media maraton y las sensaciones cada vez mejor, terminó muy rápido adelantando a mucha gente con facilidad, lo que provoco que algun corredor se molestara.

Quadriatlon de Ibiza. Trine 3º clasificada senior y 4º en la clasificacion general

Una emocionante carrera disputada el domingo día 17 de mayo en Ibiza, que combino natacion, donde hizo Trine el segundo mejor tiempo femenino, kayak donde mantuvo la ventaja conseguida, ciclismo donde perdió parte de lo conseguido en el agua debido a las trampas de sus rivales que chupaban rueda de los chicos descaradamente y carrera a pie. Trine quedo 3º senior y 4º en la clasificación general con un tiempo de 2 horas 59 miuntos.
